VernoFlow keeps the data it collects to a minimum. This page explains what we gather, why we need it, and the choices you have for managing it.

Information collection

We collect the smallest amount of information needed to keep VernoFlow running, reply to your messages, and improve the catalog over time. Anything we keep is tied to a specific purpose and a clear retention window.

• Email addresses you send us, plus any attachments or screenshots you include to explain an issue. We do not collect anything we have not asked for.
• Pages you visit, time on page, and rough interaction patterns. Used in aggregate to understand which listings are most useful.
• Country-level location derived from an IP address, then dropped. We never store precise coordinates or device-level location.
• Short-lived logs that help us identify scraping, spam, and other misuse before it affects other readers.

Information usage

VernoFlow uses your information only for purposes that are directly related to the service you came for. We never sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we never repurpose what we collect for unrelated advertising.

• Reply to your messages, keep listings current, and help you find apps, games, and articles.
• Spot which listings need a refresh, which categories are underserved, and where search can be tightened up.
• Catch scraping attempts, spam submissions, and any pattern that threatens the experience for everyone else.

Cookies and tracking

We may use first-party cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to understand which sections of the site are most read. The scope is small, the data stays with us, and nothing is sold to advertisers.

• Remember basic display preferences, keep forms working as you fill them out, and serve pages over a secure connection.
• Measure which categories and articles are most useful, and surface issues like broken downloads or slow pages.
• Disable optional cookies in your browser settings at any time. Essential cookies cannot be turned off without breaking parts of the site.

Abuse handling

If we see traffic that looks like automated scraping, repeated spam, or any pattern that threatens the site, we hold the relevant log data for as long as we need to investigate and resolve the issue. Once the case is closed, the data is deleted.

• Unusual request volume, scripted behaviour, and any attempt to bypass the listings we publish.
• We do not sell, trade, or share abuse data with third parties outside of legal obligations such as valid law-enforcement requests.

Ownership and downloads

All trademarks, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners. VernoFlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by the developers whose apps appear in the catalog. When a developer asks us to take a listing down, we do it; when they ask us to fix a download link, we do that too.

• Every app, icon, and screenshot is the property of its creator. We use them only to describe the software and link back to the source.
• We re-test download links regularly and pull listings the moment a link stops pointing to the developer’s official source.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. The latest version is always the one published on this page. If a change is significant, we will mention it in the next site-wide announcement.

You can ask us to stop sending non-essential email at any time. Important notices about your own inquiries, account, or service updates may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing messages.

We will confirm your opt-out within one business day and let you know once the change has taken effect.
